How reusable moving box rental works.

1. Choose the right package

Start with 20, 40 or 60 reusable boxes based on the size of your move. Every package includes at least one rolling dolly. For an office or an unusual move, request a custom quantity.

2. Request delivery and pickup

Select a delivery date, preferred time window and package. Enter both addresses because delivery and pickup may happen at different homes. The standard rental period is 14 days, and you can request a third week.

3. We confirm availability

Your online submission is a scheduling request. We review box inventory, the route and timing before confirming the booking and collecting payment. This prevents you from paying for a date or location we cannot serve.

4. Pack without building cardboard boxes

The boxes arrive clean, nested and ready to use. Fill them, close the attached lids and apply room labels. Their consistent shape makes them easier to stack on a dolly or in a moving vehicle.

5. Move and unpack

Use the boxes for your local move, then unpack at your pace within the rental period. Keep the boxes indoors and avoid placing liquids, hazardous materials or items that could permanently damage them inside.

6. Have the empties ready for pickup

Empty and nest the boxes before the confirmed pickup. We collect them from the address in your booking, clean them and prepare them for another Austin move.
